Hi, I’m Don Caron and I’d like to welcome you to Job Finders.
To state the obvious, you’re probably here because you need work and consequently you’re likely a bit stressed out and in a hurry – and maybe you don’t want to read this right now. In case that’s true, the search box right above my picture will enable you to scan through millions of jobs around the country and world, and almost instantly provide you with a list matching your input: no catches, no tricks, no pop-ups, no personal information required. It’s here for your convenience, and I want you to know this is a site you can trust. I want to help you find your job as quickly and easily as possible. That’s why this site exists.
What is Job Finders?
I created this site after looking for work myself for over a period of a year and getting extremely frustrated and annoyed with all the fake job sites online. Most of them had no jobs available at all, and were nothing more than a single page with a few lines of poorly written content and a lot of ads.
It didn’t take me long to realize that what I wanted to do was make it easy for people to find work — in any location and any industry, sector, or field. So I set out to create a system that would provide job-seekers with a no-nonsense way to quickly and easily find the job they’re looking for in the fastest, most efficient way possible using the very best of today’s technology.
I spent several months researching and interviewing, educating myself on the subject of online job searches. I knew what the site needed to have:
- It needed to provide lists of relevant, targeted jobs;
- it needed a way to provide those lists to you, the user, the instant the jobs became available;
- it needed to be designed for the user’s benefit not for the site owner’s profit;
- and it needed to work — it needed to actually produce results for the job-seeker.

Partnership With Indeed
My research lead me to an affiliate-partnership with a powerful firm in Stamford, Connecticut called Indeed, a privately held company founded by Paul Forster and Rony Kahan. You may have never heard of them or me before, but if it’s a job you want, you’re going to love the end result.
Paul and Rony created a unique and massive network that provides data about actual jobs as they come available — only jobs, nothing else. As a result you have access to the number one job site worldwide (not exaggerating), with over 60 million unique visitors and 1 billion job searches per month. Indeed is available in more than 50 countries and 26 languages, covering 94% of global GDP. Since 2004, Indeed’s unique job-search-engine and job-search-network has given people like you, who are looking for work, a free way to access millions of available job postings.
Indeed’s credibility doesn’t just lie with the results they produce for job-seekers. Among the companies who have believed in them and invested are The New York Times Company, Allen & Company, and Union Square Ventures. Indeed has offices in Austin, TX, Dublin, IE, London, UK, Mountain View, CA, New York, NY, and Stamford, CT. So, as you can imagine, we’re proud to have an affiliate-partnership with them.
What About You?
Of course, the real issue is how all of this effects you, as a job-hunter. Well, consider this: there have been nearly 100,000 jobs posted and made available to you on this website since this exact time yesterday. In case you’re not mathematically inclined, I’ll tell you that’s right around one new job every second of every day, year around. And every one of them is available to you right now.
With a single search that requires only two pieces of non-personal information, job-seekers like yourself now have free access, almost instantly, to literally millions of jobs from tens of thousands of websites, job boards, newspapers, associations, individuals and corporations all across the country and around the world, with new ones coming available literally every minute of the day, around the clock.
There are no catches and no tricks involved, unlike so many job sites online today, where you have to click on product offers, provide personal information, and deal with constant pop-up ads — when all you really want to do is find the job you’re looking for and do it quickly. As I well know from my own job searches, that’s hard enough even in the best of circumstances. You don’t want anyone making it even more difficult. That’s why we’ve eliminated all that nonsense and why we’ve made our job search website about you, the one who’s looking for a job!

How Does It Work?
It couldn’t be simpler for you to take advantage of all this. The key to it is the simple search box, which you’ll see on every page of this site. There’s a main menu that features pre-programmed search returns for the most popular job searches, but you really don’t need to use those. They’re more for researchers and people curious about looking into new occupations and new careers.
Featured Jobs: Accounting Jobs – Bank Jobs – Analyst Jobs – Insurance Jobs – Legal Jobs
